Fabienne Paynter has served as Vice President of Commercial Operations at Stone-Tec for more than a decade, leading the company's business development, marketing, and overall commercial strategy.
With over 20 years of experience in the natural stone industry, she brings extensive knowledge gained from operating her family's natural stone business in Belgium before joining Stone-Tec in the United States. Prior to her career in the stone industry, Mrs. Paynter was a Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she specialized in due diligence reviews and leveraged buyout transactions.
Her blend of industry expertise, financial acumen, and strategic leadership has been instrumental in driving Stone-Tec's growth and strengthening client relationships. Fabienne holds a BS in Economics and Finance and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from University of Brussels, Belgium. Fabienne is fluent in English, French and Flemish.

She oversees the showroom, warehouse, fabrication facility, and back-office operations, leveraging her deep industry knowledge and operational expertise to keep projects running efficiently and successfully from start to finish.

His career with the company reflects a remarkable progression, having started as an installer and advanced through the organization to become Superintendent and a trusted technical advisor on both commercial and residential projects.
With extensive expertise in natural stone and ceramic tile fabrication and installation, Mr. Garcia provides leadership and technical guidance across a wide range of applications, including flooring, wall cladding, thin-set and thick-set installations, waterproofing systems, and other specialized construction methods. His deep understanding of industry best practices ensures that projects are executed to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. Matilde is fluent in English and Spanish.
