Stone-Tec is a woman-owned natural-stone and tile fabrication and installation company based in Dallas, Texas. For more than thirty years, we have transformed raw stone into enduring architecture, for commercial or residential projects, including restoration and specialty work, in Texas and beyond.
Stone is unforgiving. A seam in the wrong place, a vein that doesn't run true, an edge a degree off: the work shows it forever. That's why quality inspection at Stone-Tec isn't signed off from a desk: our leadership is on-site, on the blocks, making sure every slab is first-rate before it's ever cut.
Our leadership trained in London, Brussels, Paris, New York, Puebla, and India brings old-world detailing to every drawing: the discipline behind backlit onyx, mitered edges, and mosaic that reads flawlessly up close.
Our leadership travels to the quarries in person (Italy, France, Spain) to walk the blocks before they're ever cut. It's the only way to know a slab is right: hand-picking the veining, marking the block, and standing behind the choice. Some of these blocks still carry our initials.

Craft alone doesn't hit a general contractor's schedule. So we built the other half: direct quarry import, digital templating, and waterjet fabrication in an 85,000-square-foot facility, precision that lets the hand work shine.
